An anaesthetic is not required for Botox treatment. Using a very fine injection needle, the specialist injects a small amount of botulinum toxin directly into the selected muscle.

Then wait at least 24 hours after the treatment before consuming alcohol.

25 years young and still thinning hair: annoying! Well, at least my father apparently suffered from hair loss when he was as young as me. And it's still annoying! So I started looking for a solution to my problem. I came across the Acura medical centre via the Dutch Hair Foundation.

I have a fairly light skin colour. My hair colour is something between blonde and red. If the weather outside is really nice and I don't put on a good moisturiser, I burn within half an hour. A few weeks ago I had a CO2 laser treatment at the Acura Medical Centre. Apparently I laugh too much, because the laugh lines don't diminish over the years. How good that I can do something about it.
I had an appointment with Femke a week before the treatment and she explained everything to me. Anouk (or was it with an 'oe'?) ended up treating me. She was quick and agile with that big laser. First the anaesthetic cream, which created a funny feeling, then it started. After an hour she was done and I had a nice red horn, but hey, the kids could laugh about it.
Now, a few weeks later, I can see the results: wow! The wrinkles are as good as gone and the coarse pores I've had since my teenage years have also become much smoother.

I have suffered from severe hair loss on the top of my head for many years. I was able to cover it up very well with a special powder, but it was always associated with many restrictions. In retrospect, I have to say it was quite an intense procedure. But even while I was lying on the operating table, I knew that I had made the right decision. Had an upper blepharoplasty 2 weeks ago. It turned out incredibly well. The scars are invisible. Dr Wolff really is a gifted doctor, his team is always extremely friendly and professional. I researched for a very long time and second opinions were also important to me. I am very, very happy with the result.

I had surgery on my upper eyelids on 11 January 2017 by Dr Pascal Duijsters.
A consultation took place two months beforehand to discuss the procedure. I immediately felt that I was in very good hands. All my questions were answered.
On the day of the operation, I was allocated a room and given a funny little cap to wear on my head. After about 15 minutes I was ready to go. My eyelids were anaesthetised with a syringe (similar to the one used at the dentist). I didn't notice anything, absolutely nothing, about the procedure. In between, I was asked again and again how I was feeling, whether I could feel anything, and so on.
After about 35 minutes, I was taken back to my room, where I was immediately given cooling compresses. After about 30 minutes, Dr Pascal Duijsters came by again and asked how I was feeling. We were then able to drive home. We were also given an emergency number in case of an emergency.
I had a little pain after the operation. After 2 hours of sleep and a lot of cooling, things got better. My eyes were swollen and bruised for the first three days. After that it got better every day.
The stitches were removed after a week. But I still look a bit damaged. But I can close my eyes properly. And the result is already tremendous despite the slight swelling. I already feel wonderful. As I can wear make-up again after the stitches have been removed, I will be able to go back to work after just 8 days. I will have my final examination in three months.
I can only recommend this clinic to anyone. You immediately feel that you are in good hands. Not to mention the price.

(...) I was surprised by the favourable price and the positive comments. So I decided to make an appointment for a consultation. Even the reception by Annick was exceptionally friendly. The consultation with Dr Pascal Duijsters was very informative and unobtrusive. The operation itself was also not an issue. They kept talking to me to take my mind off things. I was also always asked if everything was OK. After the operation, I was taken to a quiet room to rest and cool down. My wife was also waiting here. After a coffee for me and tea for my wife, we were then given a very friendly farewell with some rules of conduct, not without having been given an emergency number where Dr P. Duijsters could also be contacted during the night if I had any problems. Apart from very slight pain after the operation, I had no problems (small swelling and slightly blue underneath). They also called to enquire about my condition.
But the best thing was the result. Despite some minor swelling, it was simply fantastic, just the way I wanted it. I can only recommend this clinic and the team, I would go there again and again.
Many thanks to the whole team. You always make me feel like I'm coming home.

On 1 July 2015 (it was very hot), Dr ten Broek removed my drooping eyelids. Thanks to good cooling (which you get straight away at the clinic), my eyes weren't too swollen. As I had just come back from holiday, the colouring around my eyes was not so noticeable. Large sunglasses also helped.
After a week, the stitches were removed. It's now been 14 days and I'm absolutely delighted with the result. The ophthalmologist I saw today also confirmed that the operation was a great success. I would have it done at this clinic again at any time.
A very friendly, competent team (especially Iris) and a great atmosphere. Thank you for that.

I come from Düsseldorf, a city that has numerous plastic surgery practices. After a few preliminary examinations, I was advised to contact acuramed. The consultation, the personal care and the explanation of the risks were explained to me in German in a very comprehensible way. Dr F. W. ten Broek performed the operation on 20.01.15 and I was able to leave the clinic after about 1 hour. On the 1st day after the operation, I received a phone call asking how I was feeling. I found this very emphatic. All treatment contracts are written in German. Yesterday I had my follow-up appointment, which is part of the treatment programme. The feel-good factor in this clinic is very high. The team works very well together. I would recommend the clinic at any time. Many thanks to the team! The result is very good and is currently continuing to heal.

I also had some reservations about having an operation abroad. After my first consultation with Mr Verdonck, my doubts were immediately dispelled. From the first to the last step, everything was perfect! I had my breasts enlarged to 75 E and I am more than satisfied! The assistants, the doctor and the anaesthetists were super friendly and very professional! It's probably not the last time I've been there

A fortnight ago I had a breast augmentation with Dr Kristoff Verdonck. I was initially very unsure because of the favourable prices, but this feeling quickly disappeared during my first consultation with the doctor. The whole team is super nice and you really feel that you are in good hands. I also really like the result! I'm glad I decided in favour of the Acura Clinic!

Even as a young woman, I always wanted to get rid of my annoying drooping eyelids. In December 2014, the time had finally come. It was a very difficult decision for me and I was very scared of the procedure. During the consultation at Acura, I was given detailed information and we chose the best procedure together.
