Consultancy and procedure
You will first attend a free consultation, during which you will discuss your needs and wishes with the doctor treating you. You will be informed in detail about the procedure, the expected result and possible complications. We will also discuss whether your wishes and expectations are realistic and realisable. Together we will go through standardised questionnaires to obtain a comprehensive picture of your medical history, use of medication (e.g. blood thinners) and allergies. Your experience with previous surgical procedures and anaesthesia will also be carefully discussed. In this way, we ensure that there are no complications during the planned procedure.
What else can you expect? Will you be given a local anaesthetic and/or a sedative or perhaps a general anaesthetic? How long will the procedure take? How long is the recovery period? Your stay with us
If you decide to undergo treatment at our clinic, you will receive a brief telephone consultation about the treatment you want beforehand. You will also receive all information from us in writing so that you can gain a precise insight into the planned treatment in advance.
We can be contacted by telephone both before and after treatment. We will contact you 24 or 48 hours after the procedure to enquire about your condition.
An example
For example, if you decide in favour of a Liposuction (Liposuction) on a Saturday at our clinic, you will arrive on Friday, where your consultation with the attending doctor will take place. You then travel to the hotel provided by us and arrive for treatment the next day rested and without the stress of travelling.
We recommend that you spend another night in the hotel after the procedure so that you can return the next day for a follow-up check.
